The company was established in 1997 under the name of
    united company for importing and exporting .
    The company's activity in the field of importing and exporting 
    in same year was devoid of action in various fields  including .
         -Heavy equipment
         -Rinse glass-machines
         -Cosmetics and perfumes
         -Household appliances
         -Toys - Children's wear
         -Equipment & Tools
         -Electronic devices and portable computer
         -The activity of the Company was expanded the in the year
           2000 and the Company dealt with many Arab countries
           Such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Jordan
           in many fields such as exporting coal and fruit ,and
          importing new and used cars' spare parts.
         -In 2007 the company name was modified to become Zodiac
           Group for the import and export, internal and external
           commercial delegations and international commercial      
           exchange, and new partners were accepted raising the -
           capital of the company .
           The company was changed from a partnership to simple
            company.
           -Partnership was established between the company and
            many  of the worldwide companies working in different
             countries, for example:-
                      -Partnership was established between the company
                       and many of the companies working in the field of
                       desktop and portable Computers in both the United
                       States and Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
                     -Partnership was established between the company
                       and many of the companies working in the field of
                       used and new cars' spare parts in Singapore, Saudi
                       Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, Germany and
                       England.
                     -Partnership was established between the company
                       and many of the companies in China working in
                       the field of children, youth and ladies clothes.
                     -Partnership was established between the company
                       and many of the companies working in the field
                       of Food substances in Cyprus and Greece.
                     -Partnership was established between the company
                       and many of the companies working in the field
                       of cosmetics, perfumes and presents and vitamins
                       made from natural herbs in Lithuania and Europe.
                     -In 2007,foreign partners were admitted to the
                       company and in the near future the company will
                       be changing to  investing company .
